Parents fill in six short sections from their phone: child, mother, father, health, documents, review. MyKid, immunisation record, IC and payslips are uploaded directly. No more photocopies at the door.

Open an application, check the documents, change the status. Approved or not, you tell the parents: tap WhatsApp, the message is already written, just send it. Email works too.

1. Create an account and name your nursery
Name, email, password, then your nursery’s name and page address. That’s it.

Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. 20 enrolled children, unlimited applications, one branch, no expiry. No credit card needed to start.
How many children does the Free plan hold?
The Free plan holds 20 enrolled children at a time. Children who have left no longer count, so their place opens up again. More than 20? Upgrade any time.
Do parents need an account?
No. They open your nursery link, fill in the form, and the nursery contacts them by WhatsApp or email.
Are parents’ documents safe?
Documents sit in private storage that only your nursery’s account can open. Every form carries a privacy notice in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
We still use paper forms or Google Forms. Do we have to switch at once?
No. Start with your next intake. Applications that come through murthehelp go straight to the screening board; keep the old ones however you do today.
How do I pay for Premium?
A monthly subscription through ToyyibPay — FPX (online banking) or card. The price is above; extra branches are added to the same bill. Upgrade from the dashboard when you need it.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from the Billing page, without talking to anyone. Free limits apply immediately and the month already paid is not refunded. Your data stays — nothing is deleted.
